- Oversaw all stages of growth throughout the company’s existence, personally leading business development, marketing and sales, and revenue growth, as well as owning all project delivery, and support until hiring actions became possible.

As head of the IS department, my primary responsibility was to oversee the computer and network operations for a Windows based network that supported 13 branches,  4 servers, 150+ computers, 50 network printers, and 12 ATM machines.  In addition to managing a team of five employees, I was responsible for ensuring network performance, reliability, and security, which included managing Cisco routers and switches.

Level 2 Tech at IBM’s eServices Division.  Primary responsibility was to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Fortune 500 client servers. This involved using my technical expertise to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems, as well as providing guidance and support to other team members.
